- I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If an item is damaged, please provide me with a photo of the product, and then a return of the item and refund can be made. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

- If your order has gotten lost, you may reach out and we'll try to sort it out. Please note that I will not replace an order if its past a couple of months since shipment date and you haven't reached out. It is your duty to reach out if anything happens, nor am I at fault if you've given the incorrect address.

- Processing times may vary, as I am only one person, but its between 1-7 business days

- Buyers are responsible for any taxes/extra fees that may apply, this includes VAT fees for EU

- I am not responsible for delays, as I have no control over your parcel once dropped off at the post office. Delays can happen due to covid and the post being backed up, but they are doing the best that they can!
